Welcome to LampLush.
These Terms & Services ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LampLush website, online store, products, features, and services.
Throughout these Terms, "LampLush," "we," "us," and "our" refer to LampLush. "You" and "your" refer to any visitor, customer, or other person who accesses or uses our website or purchases products from us.
By visiting our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms as well as any policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Our Store
LampLush is an online retailer offering decorative lighting and related products.
Our online store is hosted and powered by Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to display products, manage orders, and offer checkout functionality.
Any purchase made through LampLush is a transaction between you and LampLush. Shopify is our ecommerce platform provider and is not the seller of LampLush products.
2. Eligibility
By using this website, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in the jurisdiction where you live.
If you have not reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe LampLush products as accurately as possible.

Certain products may be available only in limited quantities.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time, subject to our obligations regarding orders that have already been accepted.

All orders are subject to product availability.
Adding a product to your shopping bag does not reserve that product or guarantee availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after you submit an order, we may cancel the affected item or order and provide an appropriate refund.
We may establish purchase limits for certain products, variants, promotions, or customers when reasonably necessary.
5. Prices
Product prices are displayed on the website and may change from time to time.
A price change will not normally affect an order that we have already accepted, except where correction is permitted by applicable law in the case of an obvious pricing or listing error.

You are responsible for reviewing your shipping information before completing your purchase.

We cannot guarantee that an address, product, variant, or other order detail can be changed after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
8. Payments
Payments are processed using Shopify Checkout and the payment methods made available through our store.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges associated with your order.
We may use Shopify and third-party payment or fraud-prevention services to verify transactions and reduce unauthorized activity.
LampLush does not intend to directly store your complete payment-card number or card security code on its own systems.
9. Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time, LampLush may offer promotional codes, discounts, special offers, or other promotions.
Unless otherwise stated:
Promotions may be changed or discontinued at any time before an order is placed.
Promotional codes cannot be redeemed for cash.
Promotional codes may be limited to certain products, customers, or time periods.
Promotional codes may not be combined unless expressly permitted.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Actual delivery can be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, transportation interruptions, customs processing, incorrect addresses, peak shipping periods, or other events.
If we learn that we cannot ship an order within a period we expressly promised, we will handle the delay, cancellation options, and any required refund in accordance with applicable law.

If we allow you to submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, feedback, or other material to LampLush, you remain responsible for the material you submit.
